“Competition was fierce, with an increased number of applicants presenting at a very high standard. The Programme continues to attract a diverse field of candidates. We wish them all well as they embark upon the Programme at a time of great challenge for the sector. Good leaders will take advantage of this as we face the need to change business models in part through diversified funding streams. Great leaders will inspire those around them to respond innovatively and creatively.”

– Dame Mary Marsh, Founding Director of the Clore Social Leadership Programme

Year Here CEO and Founder Jack Graham has been selected to join the Clore Social Leadership Programme as a Fellow.

Jack joins 17 others on the programme, which identifies, connects and develops aspiring leaders in the social sector. The Fellowship is modelled on the successful Clore Leadership Programme for the cultural sector.

Dame Mary Marsh, founding director of the programme, was last week named as the person tasked by the Cabinet Office to oversee a review of leadership and skills in the sector.
