Alice Moxley

2019 Fellow

Cornish-Armenian-Irish-British, born and raised in South London, Alice graduated from Architecture at the University of Edinburgh with First Class Honours. Her final project which focused on affordable arts space, was nominated for the RIBA President’s Medals.

Alice is keenly interested in diversity and in 2014, she coordinated the re-launch of Chicks with Bricks, an event for women in construction, which she ran for two years. Within this role Alice arranged high-profile women such as Annie Hampson, Alison Nimmo and Nicky Morgan to speak at events, which aim to inspire young women within the industry while raising money for The Prince’s Trust.

After graduating from her Master’s at The London School of Architecture, where her thesis explored the extinction of artisans from Hatton Garden, Alice moved to Armenia where she has spent the past 5 months working with various NGOs. She enjoys reading, plumbing, travelling and sketching.
