Hannah originally studied Sociology and Visual Culture at the University of Exeter, exploring the intersection between gender expression, activism and art. Hannah furthered her interest in user research and human-centred design while working in PR and digital marketing.
Having co-chaired the Singaporean branch of an India-based Cancer Awareness NGO, Hannah is passionate about universal access to good healthcare and health education. Through this project she experienced the utility of human-centred design and its power in progressing activism in small communities to effect social change.
Through her time volunteering at a community kitchen in Battersea, feasting with asylum seekers and refugees through TimePeace, cooking for loved ones and exploring new places through food, Hannah is passionate about finding ways to build relationships and strengthen communities.
