Hannah Saverymuttu

Production Intern

Back in London after a year in Berlin, Hannah's excited to use her start-up expertise to help Year Here's Fellows build their best social ventures yet.

Part of the team that launched Graze in 2008 (the snack people), Hannah is passionate about customer experience. After five year's as Graze's Head of UX, Hannah's since worked at online florist Bloom & Wild and Third Space Learning.

Hannah's transition to social enterprise began at Providence Row homeless charityIn 2016, she co-founded RISE bakery on a mission to 'Bake Lives Better'. RISE trains formerly homeless people, selling cakes at Spitalfields market, in Brick Lane's cafes and online.

Hannah's proudest moments include receiving the London Homelessness Award at the House of Commons for Providence Row's employability scheme, and when RISE was awarded a Great Taste Award for their white chocolate and raspberry brownie. Hannah still gets that warm fuzzy feeling when she spots RISE cakes in cafe windows in her neighbourhood.
