Jason Larkin

2018/19 Fellow

Jason started his photography career in Cairo after completing his Masters in Photojournalism at Westminster University. This lead him to focus on social and environmental issues in Egypt and beyond, taking an immersive approach to journalism to create nuanced stories. His work has been widely featured in international publications including The New Yorker, New York Times, Guardian, National Geographic, Wired and Monocle.

Jason joined Year Here with a career lecturing at universities and mentoring students. Throughout his fellowship he explored and tackled the challenges faced by young adults in connecting with education.
