Jenny Malpass

2019 Fellow

Originally from the East Midlands, Jenny has close to a decade of experience in developing and delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes for FTSE 100 companies.

With a passion for problem-solving and making change happen she strongly believes that a people-centred, bottom-up approach is the most powerful way of building sustainable improvement. She is excited about shifting her focus from the corporate world and use her experience to create opportunities for positive social change.

Jenny read Modern Languages at the University of Leeds, inspired by her fascination with people and cultures. During her degree she spent a year teaching in Italy and working at summer camps. These experiences made her realise how critical education is in changing life outcomes. She continues to coach and mentor young women to build their self-confidence.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys travelling, writing, practising yoga, and the theatre.
