Back in March we launched our second programme with a cohort that included designers, dramatists and development grads.
The Writing for Social Change course ran throughout the programme, encouraging Fellows to explore their use of writing to tell people’s stories and inspire action.
Once settled in their placements, Fellows embarked on their innovation projects – from art exhibitions produced by the over 65s to market stalls staffed by young homeless people.
Challenged to produce a conversation dinner in Bethnal Green, the Fellows came up with Soul Food.
In May London Live covered Beer Here, our regular meetup for grads who are ambitious about social change.
Taking a break from the social venture incubator, we headed into the woods with the guys from Good for Nothing, for some deep reflection.
Flying over the grass is about finding creative solutions to social problems. Drawing inspiration from Skateistan, Fight for Peace, the Focus E15 mums and many more, Fellows prepared to deliver community engagement projects to local authorities across London.
And finally, in just a few days, Fellows are going to fill up this space with exhibits of their work as they embark on careers full of meaning and possibility.
