We are a family of innovators, activists and entrepreneurs

Our projects and ventures were born out of the Year Here Fellowship, which ran for a decade until 2022.

A Year Here Fellow stands next to an older beneficiary in front of a council estate

Over ten years, we unleashed a gentle tidal wave of social innovation.

276 folks joined the Fellowship. They came from a kaleidoscope of backgrounds and were united by their drive to tackle society’s toughest problems. They became Year Here Fellows.

They learnt from the people hit hardest by inequality in care homes, hostels and youth services across London. Then, with the support of our faculty, they built creative and robust solutions.

Fellows emerged as award-winning social leaders and entrepreneurs. Collectively they launched over 50 social ventures to confront issues from refugee marginalisation to climate injustice.
