In the last few years, we’ve launched 26 social ventures in fields as diverse as gang crime diversion, ethical fashion, homelessness and educational inequality.
They’ve been recognised as Shackleton Leaders, New Radicals by Nesta and The Observer. They’ve given TEDx talks and featured widely throughout the press – in The Financial Times, The Huffington Post, Vice, Dazed & Confused, The Independent and many more. We are incredibly proud of their early successes.
This year’s Crowdbacker, our live crowdfunding event with The Funding Network is your chance to play your part in birthing the next crop of social enterprises, as our 2018 Fellows launch their ventures.
Crowdbacker takes place at 250 Bishopsgate, London, on Tuesday, 23 July 2019 from 6-9pm.
After drinks and canapés, you’ll hear each venture’s pitch. And we’ll ask you to pledge your support in the form of advice, social media love, assistance or cash. There are no expectations – help in any way you can.
A ticket is £10 which goes straight into the funding pot.
