The Fellows will spend five months immersed in frontline services across London while learning to apply service design and social entrepreneurship to some of the toughest issues facing the country.

Aleena specialised in Media and Communications in the creative industry before recently completing an MSc in Anthropology and Development.
Born and raised in London. Sobanan has an undergraduate degree in Medical Biochemistry and a postgraduate degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship.
Ellie has a PhD in Microbiology and worked as a Postdoc at the University of California, San Francisco prior to her transition to the charity and grant-making sector.
Rhiannon has spent the past decade volunteering as an informal educator and youth worker within the Jewish community. She holds an International Relations degree from the University of Leeds, with a focus on environmental politics.
After graduating with a degree in History from the University of Bristol, Madeleine spent four years in business development at the market research company YouGov.
Becky joins Year Here following an undergraduate degree in Social Anthropology and over two years of work in digital communications, most recently for a charity representing UK sheep farmers.
Born and raised in London, Natasa’s Greek-Cypriot roots have influenced her connection with family, community, and curiosity for the world. Natasa has worked in the NHS and private sector for 11 years.
Of Nigerian heritage, Ozioma Amadi which translates to “Good News Freeman’ was born and raised in London. She studied at the prestigious Cordwainers College and the London College of Fashion.
Amii joins us from a leading national education charity where, over the past five years, she has gained experience in programme operations and event management.
Taz is a Londoner and graduate of Social and Political Sciences who’s been curious about people, communities and systems of power and privilege since she was a teenager.
