Motunrayo Oyetunji

Motunrayo has a BSc degree in Business Management and Information technology and an MSc in Digital Innovation Management. She has over four years of experience within the technology industry, working with start-ups to transform their businesses through innovation and strategy implementation.

In 2017 she founded the Black Girls Rule (BGR) community due to the lack of representation that she experienced as a Black woman in tech, to provide support and mentorship to Black women in and outside the technology industry. BGR provided support and mentorship to over 150 Black women in and outside the technology industry.

She’s currently building Anfaani, A digital social and wellness platform that provides Black women and non-binary individuals with coaching and tools for their mental, physical, and overall wellbeing.

As a Black woman in the tech industry, her experience fuels her passion for creating spaces where Black women can show up as their authentic selves.
