Adam Swersky

Non-Executive Director

Adam is a Non-Executive Director.

He is currently a Director at Social Finance. He is the programme lead for Social Finance’s Health and Employment Partnerships initiative. As part of this, Adam launched the world’s first Social Impact Bond to support people with mental health issues into work.

He was previously a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was a core member of the social investment team and co-authored “The First Billion”, a report on social investment demand. Adam was also previously seconded to the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where he supported a West African country to access a subsidy for malaria medication. Adam has a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD.
