Allison Trimble

Allison is a personal, organisational and system development consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in the regeneration, health and social care sectors. She has extensive experience of working with senior leaders in the public sector as well as working with third sector and community-based leaders. Allison draws on a range of system development approaches including whole systems and psychodynamic ideas.

Allison is a founder member and former chief executive of the Bromley-by-Bow Centre, an integrated health and community regeneration organisation in Tower Hamlets. She has a particular interest in facilitating relationships across the public sector and with communities, patients and third sector partners to develop a more integrated health and social care system.
