Almira is a co-founder of Impactful., a social innovation agency that helps SMEs put social impact on par with profit.
Almira spent her Frontline Phase in the Bay Tree Centre supporting migrant girls get into the UK education system. During the consulting phase, Almira worked with Forward PMX to create a pioneering social purpose strategy ‘beyond CSR’ – sparking the start of her venture Impactful.
Almira completed her law degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies and a Masters in International Relations. She has spent 3 years working with refugee communities in a variety of capacities, in particular as a frontline caseworker, and manager for multiple London advocacy services for refugees and asylum-seekers. She is also a founding member of Springboard Youth Academy.
