Charlotte co-founded InCommon, a resident-powered welcome programme building community in sheltered housing for older people.
Charlotte was a 2016/17 Fellow. Her frontline placement was with Anchor Care Homes where she developed a new scheme to support isolated older people moving into sheltered accommodation. For her consulting project she worked with London Borough of Hounslow within some of their most deprived estates in West London to build social capital through social enterprise. She was mentored by social design expert, Emma Southgate.
