Clare Davis

Clare co-founded Deeds, a platform connected socially-minded young designers with community groups that need their help.

During our 2015 programme, Clare was placed at The Bradbury Centre, an active ageing centre based in Kingston run by Staywell. While there, she developed a welcome pack for retirement, to ensure that older people didn’t slide into isolation. She continued her work with older people by undertaking a research project to understand the health and social care needs of older residents in Poplar. She was mentored by social designer Emma Southgate.
