As a 2015 fellow, Cosmo was placed at Staywell. His consulting project saw him produce Regen Bootcamp, an event to catalyse innovation in urban regeneration across London. He was mentored by Laura Baynton.
A Bristol law graduate with diverse experience, Cosmo conducted a research project on the capacity of law to drive change in the LGBTI struggle against taboos across the African continent. He also spent three years developing creative community engagement methods surrounding the sustainable development of a new village in Hertfordshire.
