Dee Norval

Dee is the founder of Breakthrough, an apprenticeship programme for meaningful work that hires directly from prison.

She spent her Frontline Placement at Stand out in Wandsworth Prison – sparking inspiration for her venture Breakthrough. Her consulting project was with Crisis to explore the role that social enterprise can play in ending homelessness.

Dee studied and researched Neurodevelopment at University College London, and worked in the scientific field for Research and Development within pharmaceutical companies. She also spent six years consulting in PwC Strategy, Dee has led a variety of global programmes from technology transformation to one of the industry’s largest asset transfers.
