Eloise Acland

2015/16 Fellow

Elo co-founded Element, a programme in emotional wellbeing and personal development for young people leaving care and establishing their adult lives.

Elo was a 2015/16 Fellow, placed with Surrey County Council’s care leavers’ service where she redesigned their mentoring programme to ensure that care leavers had all the support they needed to progress into education, training or employment. She then produced a series of youth social entrepreneurship taster workshops at the Arsenal stadium as part of a Europe-wide project. She was mentored by learning experience designer Jim Ralley.
