Frankie founded and ran The Hard Yard, a tough fitness brand employing people leaving prison.
Frankie was a 2015/16 Fellow. She was placed at Poplar HARCA where she developed Poplar Preserves, using unsold market produce to make delicious chutneys. For her consulting project, she produced a national food waste innovation event for Sainsbury’s. She was mentored by Chris Gorst.
She has a background in criminal justice, having studied Law at the LSE, worked in a Medical Law charity and mentored ex-prisoners before coming to Year Here. More recently, she has developed an interest in how to make profit with purpose and social business.
