Harmony Chan

2021/22 Fellow

Harmony worked in corporate debt advisory, mainly supporting FTSE350 clients whilst specialising in sustainable finance and advising Housing Associations.

She is an avid volunteer and was involved in pro bono advisory at work. In her own time, she has joined shifts at the social enterprise bakery of an East London mental health charity and helped organise a corporate relay in Hong Kong to help tackle modern slavery.

As a strong believer in channelling business and finance as a force for social good, Harmony hopes to do just that through Year Here. Harmony studied Economics and Politics at Durham University and spent a year abroad at the University of Hong Kong. She always has new side projects on the go.

Most recently, she recorded songs for two virtual choirs, learnt to quilt, and took stand-up comedy and improv courses.
