Hebe co-founded Telescope, an insights programme linking the policy and social sectors. They aim to build understanding and collaboration between people making policy and those tackling issues on the frontline.
Hebe was a 2018/19 Fellow. She completed her frontline placement with the Make Shift Foundation, a charity that champions enterprise and employment to achieve social inclusion and meaningful urban regeneration. Her consulting project was for Greater London Authority. She was mentored by Niraj Dattani.
Hebe joined Year Here after working at Morgan Stanley. This gave her an insight into the private sector and how it interacts with the public sector and social enterprise. Prior to this, she studied French and Russian, and spent time abroad studying politics in France and volunteering in Russia, Georgia and Armenia.
