Holly joined the team from On Purpose, the social enterprise leadership programme. There she worked on various projects: widening access for BME groups at Kings College London, expansion planning at Dot Dot Dot and setting up a social investment fund at Big Society Capital.
She has worked in Ghana, Zambia, and Uganda, training teachers and school leaders. Holly was Director of Spire Hub (now TalentEd), an education startup that pairs retired teachers with high ability disadvantaged GCSE pupils at weekly after-school sessions. She joined Spire Hub for its first two years of operations, and worked on building the systems and processes to help Spire Hub expand into more schools outside London and work towards financial sustainability.
Outside of work, Holly is passionate about the social sector and volunteers at Jamie’s Farm and a hospice. She is also training to be a mindfulness yoga teacher.
Holly has a degree in Philosophy from The London School of Economics and a PGCE from her time teaching maths at a challenging school in Leeds on the Teach First Programme.
