Jon Barnes is a organisational thinker, tinkerer, author and speaker. He is a co-founder of flux, an organisational evolution studio liberating organisations for human and commercial benefit. There he works with organisations of all shapes and sizes, as an advisor to CEOs, an intimate consultant/designer to organisations and a coach to teams, helping them move towards more evolved organisational models for the 21st century. He is a guest lecturer at one of the world’s top 5 business schools, teaching on HEC Paris Exec MBA, in Digital Transformation.
