Alejandro was born and raised in Guatemala, (Central America), and have recently immigrated to the UK with his family. He is a technically minded creative person with diverse experience and education. From industrial electrician, international business and trade management, self-thought biodiesel maker, solar PV for rural communities and lately digital manufacturing using CAD/CAM and CNC machines. His main interests lie in environmental and clean technologies. Strives professionally to create tangible environmental impact through engineering, technology and ethical and sustainable businesses practices. His past ventures are Biofuels of Guatemala SA (biodiesel processing and patented, non-edible, high density and high yield oilseed crop) and Urtisan (digital manufacture). His spare time is spent among family, nature and philosophy.
