A year to test and build solutions to some of society's toughest problems.
During the 2015 programme, Karisma was placed at YMCA London South West and mentored by Chris Gorst. She went on to work on a project to develop a new brand for Poplar and work as Head of Programmes for educational inequality charity Future Frontiers.
Karisma has a degree in History from the University of Oxford. She specialised in social and class history, studying everything from colonial protest in India to trade unions, feminism and the Gay Liberation Front in Britain.
