Laura co-founded Square Circle, a social enterprise which helps employers learn from and hire underestimated young people.
Laura was a 2018/19 Fellow. She completed her frontline placement with Homeless Action in Barnet and her consulting project with Tower Hamlets Council. She was mentored by Amy Gutcher.
Before starting Year Here, Laura’s role was to lead a global team of 20 marketing specialists. She ran social media, brand, sales and client care projects. She was Marketing Director for One Loud Voice, and project champion for The First 100 Years, a project digitising the stories of women working in law. Here Laura saw great potential to achieve social change by shifting the way that private capital conducts its main activities.
