Lilian Brown

Lilian is known for her zeal and intrinsic motivations towards empowering individuals who have encountered a range of traumas in their lives. A strong business accruement led to undertaking a Business Management BA where she developed a business plan to spearhead a social enterprise to reach marginalised groups. After qualifying, she sought frontline experiences within charity and education sectors to support her vision before undertaking a Social Work MSc. Lilian spent the last four years working within Children and Families social care after gaining experiences within an adult hospital assessment team and hospice. She takes great pride and joy in serving the families she works with. Employing a curious and creative approach to promoting social justice. Lilian also works with youth and supports a single parents charity within her local church. Her appreciation for the world’s complexity and a love for learning has developed into writing a book about her experiences.
