Liz Wheen

Liz co-founded Misc., an ethical clearance company that offers vulnerable social housing tenants affordable furniture.

During the programme, Liz was placed at inner-city school the Globe Academy and went on to help Surrey County Council to redesign its strategy for supporting people in recovery from substance misuse. She was mentored by Jan Matern, founder of EdTech incubator, Emerge.
