Margarita founded Support-Ed, a programme to support young people who are at risk of falling into violence, by helping avoid exclusion from school and society.
Margarita was a 2017/18 Fellow, placed at the Bradbury Centre, an active ageing centre run by Staywell. For her consultancy project, she helped Soundings and St George to engage young people in Alperton through launching a youth panel. She was mentored by Catherine Greig.
Before Year Here, Margarita had a varied career, ranging from civil engineering consulting to project management and subsequently management and Cyber Security consulting and technology audit in the Financial Services.
