Max spent his Frontline Placement in South Quay College. He co-developed a ‘New Job Starter Pack’ with students to support them in their transition to their first jobs. During the consulting phase, Max worked with Forward PMX to create a pioneering social purpose strategy ‘beyond CSR’ – sparking the start of his venture Impactful.
Prior to Year Here, Max was as a management consultant after graduating from King’s College London with a degree in Physics. During his time as a consultant he worked for a range of organisations from global insurance firms to governmental departments and had key roles focusing on programme delivery, including redesigning finance functions to integrating new technology.
