Michelle Ravden

Michelle is a mother and grandmother who has recently returned to the UK after spending 15 years working and living in Europe. She has carved out a successful career in the Learning and Development space with companies such as Amazon and Ford, and is looking to see how her talents, experience and energy can promote social equality. Michelle is passionate about the empowerment that curiosity and learning can offer to a person at any stage in their life and aims to explore new ways to support those who have been let down by the traditional education systems. Having achieved her own first-class honour’s degree as a mature student and single parent at the age of 28, she is keen to learn more about the barriers to skill improvement and access to valuable work that still affect women of all ages today.
