Mursal founded Chatterbox, a social enterprise that trains refugees as foreign language tutors and connects them with students and professionals across the UK.
Mursal’s frontline service placement was with the Globe Academy where she ran Globe Citizens, a programme to bridge the divide between Globe students and the local police force. She went on to work for Genesis Housing on an enterprise programme consultation. She was mentored by serial entrepreneur Daniel Dickens.
