Nikita Montlake

2020 Fellow

Nikita joins us from the advertising sector, where she spent 2 years delivering Unilever’s global rebrand as a sustainable market leader – which has lead her to the world of social entrepreneurship.

Being a motivated, creatively frustrated and passionate altruist, Nikita has been pulled in multiple directions throughout her life.
Having grown up in South Africa, Nikita is very acutely aware of life’s inequalities but is inspired by seeing people’s capacity to be remarkably innovative, intuitive and compassionate.

Nikita left South Africa and moved to Glasgow to study History of Art. After realising the commercial art world was not for her, she started interning at the charity Operation Smile. She later went on to study the third sector further and completed a Master’s in Social Policy and Development at the LSE.
