Nova joins Year Here from the fast-paced world of software startups.
In her previous role, she was part of a team chosen to open the EMEA functions of a US company. Her primary focus was in the New Business team, ensuring commercial success by generating revenue.
Nova’s love of travel has taken her around the world; she enjoys understanding different cultures and observing the alternative ways people live. At home, she’s dedicated a lot of her free time to volunteer work, predominantly working with young people. At university and afterwards, she spent time as a volunteer teacher, teaching philosophy and English as a foreign language. Most recently, she has been volunteering regularly with Girlguiding, where she helps young girls develop key skills for life.
