Olivia co-founded Bread and Roses, a social enterprise florist, supporting refugee women into work through an employability programme.
Olivia was a 2015/16 Fellow, placed at homeless hostel the YMCA North London where she reimagined Radio 4’s Desert Island Discs as a podcast designed to challenge the stereotypes surrounding youth homelessness. She later worked on a community consultation project in Brent Cross for leading developers Argent. She was mentored by communications consultant and BBC journalist Genia Mineeva.
