Prema Shah

Prema (pron: Emma with a Pr) completed an Economics degree at the University of Nottingham before moving to London. Over the past 4-5 years she has developed a successful consulting career at EY, working with a variety of private and public sector clients on strategy, business design, and end-to-end technology implementations.

After exploring the growing importance and power of community and political activism in the last 18 months, Prema is excited to leave her comfort zone and build something that has a direct, positive social impact. Reflecting on her own experiences, she is particularly passionate about empowering people to talk about mental health and campaigning for better wellbeing services and solutions.

She believes that combining human-centred design with data and advanced analytics will be fundamental for innovation in this space.

Beyond work, Prema enjoys cycling, live music, and watching friends shake their heads after telling her sub-par jokes.
