Rich co-founded Settle, a homelessness charity that trains and supports vulnerable young people to move out of temporary housing and into their first home. He has won a Shackleton Award for his work.
Rich was a 2014 Fellow. His Frontline Service Placement was with Centrepoint where he developed Trading Up, an employability project that challenged young homeless people to try their hands at food trading at a busy market. He went on to co-found Settle fuelled by his insights from working with homeless people with Centrepoint. His Mentor was Laura Baynton.
