Rilee Clarke

2021 Fellow

Born and raised in London, Rilee grew up as an active member of her community. She first became involved in youth leadership and volunteering as a teenager and has since devised and led multiple programmes for young people, both in the UK and abroad. She is currently developing an English language programme to help refugees enter the workplace and further their careers.

Rilee’s vocation started in the third sector as a fundraiser for multiple charities including UNICEF and the NSPCC, before shifting to the corporate sector working in business development for various tech and marketing start-ups. She is currently advising at KORI Youth Charity in North London.

Rilee’s focus has been to address inequality; particularly where it affects families and young people who are systemically disadvantaged, preventing them from accessing sufficient food, decent housing and good education. She is a firm believer in access and agency for all.
