Robin is the CEO and Founder of Coachbright, a programme coaching young people from underrepresented backgrounds (ages 10-30) to identify and fulfil their potential.
They do this through running coaching programmes in schools and for young professionals. For schools, they widen university access for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds by pairing them up with university coaches. For organisations, they run executive coaching programmes to support young professionals become kinder, more courageous and more emotionally intelligent in the workplace.
