Rosalinda Baker

2020 Fellow

Rosalinda is an ethnographer turned Innovation Consultant, joining us from Deloitte and NESTA, where she helped clients design and launch new businesses in the market.

She’s excited to now bring together her experience of launching ventures across the private and public sector to champion social entrepreneurship, and harness business as a force for social change.

With a background in Psychology, Rosalinda is passionate about health, social inclusion and service-design, having previously: led ethnographic research for Brent Council to become London’s first dementia-friendly borough; designed new ventures in cancer and employment with Geoff Mulgan at NESTA; kick-started her massage business working with vulnerable people; and spent time fishing and farming in the Arctic.

If not plotting new projects in the pub, you can often find Rosie drawing, dancing or attempting (and failing!) a new acro-yoga move. All willing collaborators most welcome.
