Sabrina graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Yale University, where she took a variety of classes to increase her cultural awareness and build technical skills. Moving to the US at a politically turbulent time sparked her interest in the relationships between different socioeconomic and ethnic groups in modern society.
Sabrina also volunteered with a local homeless community and founded a pop-up oatmeal café. Most recently she has spent her summer working on an organic farm in Italy to learn about sustainable agriculture. With a passion for both cooking and social entrepreneurship, Sabrina believes these are great ways to increase understanding and community.
