Sarah Haville

Sarah co-founded Bloom Six, a social enterprise that recruits, place, and trains talented learning mentors in alternative provision schools, to enable students to flourish.

Sarah was a 2018 Fellow. Her frontline placement was with Globe Academy and her consulting project with Hillingdon Council. She was mentored by impact investor, Candice Motran.

Prior to Year Here, Sarah worked as a Talent Development specialist in the financial sector. She worked with individuals, teams, businesses and charities to help understand and motivate different populations. In these roles Sarah became very interested in issues and solutions around gender equality, disability advocacy and social mobility. This inspired her to look for avenues through which she could use her skills  more broadly to promote positive and sustainable social change.
