Siddika Jaffer leads venture development at BCGDV working with the world’s most influential companies to invent, invest in and build startups. She is also CEO of enfoundery acting as an advisor to startups to accelerate growth and facilitating investment and collaboration with VCs and angel investors. Whilst she works with a variety of startup founders, she has a soft spot for female and ethnic minority founders and is passionate about diversity in tech. She previously founded and ran an award-winning startup noted by Forbes as one of the top 5 startups in its space and is recognised as one of the Top 500 Global Business Leaders in the Islamic Economy.
Siddika has a background in corporate and growth strategy working with several blue chips and is also a qualified mediator sitting at the Supreme Court of Singapore. She holds a business management degree from Kings College London and a Masters in innovation from Singapore Management University.
