Simon joins Year Here with a background in hospitality management. After graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Managing Performance, Simon spent three years developing his leadership skills at the Soho House Group. This was followed by management roles at London Union and Kricket, the launch of a new pizza truck business in Melbourne, and a period as a food and beverage franchise business consultant.
After witnessing the impacts of COVID-19 on our most vulnerable communities, Simon felt an urge to play his part in building back a fairer and better society for all. Simon hopes to drive effective, scalable, and sustainable social change through his own social enterprise.
Born and raised in North London, Simon is an avid Arsenal fan and a Grade 8 trumpeter.
