Tamsin was a 2017/18 Fellow. During the Year Here fellowship she was placed at City Gateway Alternative Provision (CGAP). During the consultancy phase, she researched the journey and impact of the St Pancras and Somers Town Living Centre. She was mentored by Mike Mompi.
She joined Year Here following five years’ involvement in the migrants rights sector. She was struck by the systemic lack of access to adequate and comprehensive information for vulnerable migrants and co-founded the Dunkirk Legal Support Team, a human rights project facilitating access to legal information, advice and representation in Dunkirk Refugee Camp.
