Taz is a Londoner who’s been curious about people, communities and systems of power and privilege since she was a teenager. As a graduate of Social and Political Sciences, Taz couldn’t wait to organise projects to make society a more just and joyful place. She has run charity programmes for ten years, most recently in a national LGBT+ young people’s charity. She is also an inclusion consultant, focusing on the perspectives of younger people. Taz wants to see power and resources well dispersed in communities, the school system, workplaces and globally. After a decade of working on projects powered by grants and sponsorship, she’s at Year Here to learn how to make positive change in a commercial, sustainable way.
