Thembe Mvula

Thembe was a 2016/17 Fellow, placed at Langdon Park School where she used poetry and spoken word to help students express themselves and develop their oracy. She went on to work on a consulting project with homelessness charity St Mungo’s and developed an employability scheme to help unemployed people with low-level mental health issues.

Before Year Here, Thembe developed her practice as a spoken word artist.
