Tim Dee

Having run three businesses as a teenager, Tim joined KPMG’s graduate scheme straight from A-Levels and was one of the UK’s youngest qualified accountants on completing his ACCA professional qualification in 2003. Since then, Tim has held senior finance roles in the FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 and most recently was Group Financial Controller of a luxury activewear brand preparing for an IPO on the Nasdaq.

A keen Design Thinker, Tim is passionate about people, innovating processes and transforming operating models so they exceed the needs of their stakeholders.

Tim is a serial entrepreneur and launched two businesses and a social enterprise in his 30s.

Tim has lived experience of mental illness and homelessness. He has volunteered with refugees in the Calais “Jungle” refugee camp and Green Light, a medical signposting service for London’s rough sleepers. Tim is engaged to Wayne and enjoys hiking, fine wine and entertaining.
