Tom is one of the founding partners of Swarm, a creative collaboration company bringing together businesses, the public sector, activists, investors and funders. Together they prototype, hatch and grow innovative solutions to some of the most challenging social and environmental issues.
Tom is also one of the founders and original members of Good for Nothing – a growing community of smart folk collaborating and experimenting to help grassroots innovators accelerate their work and grow their impact – for nothing.
With a masters in biochemistry, Tom started his career in research and development at Proctor & Gamble. After 15 years in brand marketing and business innovation he changed tack to seek more purposeful work.
